"Best electricians in town- Buddy and his team are top notch! Our pool and irrigation wiring went out and Buddy and his team were quick & efficient in getting everything fixed for us. Our pool was beginning to turn green (because we couldn't run the pump) and Buddy came to our home on extremely short notice and setup temporary power to the pool so that we could get the pump running. He completed the work the following week. When we had some plumbing/ renovation work done on the pool shortly after, the contractor was extremely impressed by the electrical work and asked who had done it. Highly recommend- best electrician in Tucson!"

Buddy's team was booked up that day but he knew how devastating a non operational booth would be for my business. They got here to check it out and had it functioning immediately. "I found Buddy Heilig & Sons on AngiesList, where one of the reviewers called them the "last electricians you'll ever need". I can now see why! I called Buddy Heilig & Sons to get an estimate on an outdoor kitchen project at our house, and was pleasantly surprised to find myself speaking directly with a manager upon calling, who was very professional and easily answered all my questions. He had an electrician at my house the very next day for an estimate, and soon after, I had an estimate that I thought was very reasonable for the project. I accepted the estimate and BHS had their guys back to my house the following week and completed the entire project in a day! The electricians that did the work were extremely skillful and courteous, and they made sure everything was perfect before they left. It's rare to find a family-owned business that still puts quality and customer service above all (while keeping the prices fair), but they do exist and when I stumble upon a gem like BHS, I don't bother going anywhere else. Like the many other reviews online for BHS, I can't say enough good things about them and would highly recommend them to anyone in Tucson looking for a trustworthy electrician - perhaps the last one you'll ever need!"
"My house was struck by lightning. Exploded the outside landscape lighting and GFCI outlets, melted wiring and destroyed a list of appliances and phone lines. My computer was fried so I could not consult Angie's List. Called my Sister to do that and Buddy's had good ratings. I called before they opened and left a message. I needed to make sure the electrical system was safe before I could leave the house and there were repairs to be done. A very nice lady returned my call a few minutes later. I explained what I needed and she said they would be out that day. A little bit later she called back and said they were on their way. I live quite a bit outside of town and have always had trouble getting anyone to come out this way but Buddy's had no problem with it. Two electricians, Jeff and Anthony, showed up and went right to work. I explained my concerns and showed them what happened. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and it got done right and quickly at a very good price. I give them an A+. Bottom line, I needed them right away. I got them right away. The job was done right and the price was excellent. You can't ask for anything more."

Trevor was there in a day to do the estimates and suggest how to go about the install. Justin was professional and always willing to answer any questions during the install. "Rather than automatically send someone out Buddy took a significant amount of his own time helping me diagnose the problem.This took several phone calls as I completed each step that he clearly and carefully explained. The problem was resolved through his careful guidance at no charge. I offered to pay for his consulting time which he graciously refused, just saying call us when you need electrical work done. I am simply astounded that this company would take this amount of time to help a customer rather than just send a repair person.His friendly, approachable manner and willingness to help people help themselves where possible was incredible.This company will be my first call for all future electrical needs, simply can not say enough about the great experience. "Within one hour of being on site, his son fixed an electrical issue with outside lighting that three other electricians could not figure out. Electricians were very professional and showed great work ethic. Quality of work was great...looks very professional! I really appreciated that Buddy showed up at the beginning to explain the work to me and answered all my questions. He was very specific with explaining the details of what needed to be done by his workers. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of work, their professionalism and the estimated cost for the work."
"I can’t praise Buddy Heilig & Sons Electric enough. I needed two outdoor lights changed and an outlet in the house blanked out, because rain water was coming in through a roof leak. Both these issues have been a worry for me for quite a while. I spoke with Mr. Heilig yesterday, and he answered my questions thoroughly, so we made an appointment for this morning around 11 am. His son Justin was right on time. Justin completed the jobs quickly and also installed a faceplate on my electric dryer outlet that had been bumped off. Justin was friendly and knew what he was doing, so it was a pleasure to have him here. I feel fortunate to have an excellent electrician whom I can call for any further problems. I found out about this company through Angie’s List as I was going through and comparing electricians. The price was very good and exactly as quoted."
"The work was very well done. Two of the ceiling fixtures were in a room with a very high and sloped ceiling- no problem. The two exhaust fan/light combinations installed in the master bathroom were a tight fit (they were an upgrade from what I had) and someone with less experience would have left the ceiling in need of drywall work. These guys fit them in perfectly, which was not easy (they were bigger than the originals). There was minimal impact on my day; they did the work quickly, perfectly, and cleaned up after they were done. I had previously tried to get another electrician who was too booked up to do the work. He recommended Buddy Heilig, as he knew the quality of his company's work. I'm very pleased with the job and would use them again."
"On a busy Friday, they had someone out to the house within 15 minutes of calling. Billy quickly located and diagnosed the problem and repaired the ground connection within an hour or so. Friendly, polite, good with my dog, and did I mention the whole there within 15 minutes thing? Other electricians were quoting anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to come out and do the same job. Highly recommended."
"Buddy personally answered all my calls. He gave me a quote upfront to install 2 ceiling fans & there were no surprise charges. They were flexible with the time we were available with some advance notice. They also checked our other ceiling fans at no charge. I had called other places with much higher quotes. All the work was completed with promptly but with high quality results. They are an honest family company and we will use them again in the future."
